Instructional Designer Manager

This role focuses on leading the design and development of engaging and effective learning experiences. The Instructional Designer Manager will be responsible for overseeing the creation of high-quality training materials and programs that meet the needs of a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the instructional design process from needs analysis to evaluation.
Develop engaging and interactive learning content, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and blended learning solutions.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
Manage and mentor a team of instructional designers.
Ensure alignment of learning solutions with business goals and performance objectives.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements/Qualifications

Proven experience in instructional design and development.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design models.
