Engineering Manager - Java

Requirements/Qualifications:

15-18 years of experience in software development.
Strong experience in Java programming.
Experience in leading and managing engineering teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Solid understanding of software design principles and patterns.
Experience with Sailpoint products is a plus.
