RPA Developer

This role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. The RPA Developer will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into automated workflows, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain RPA bots using industry-standard tools.
Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities.
Design and implement robust and scalable RPA solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA bots.
Document RPA processes and solutions.
Participate in the testing and deployment of RPA solutions.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in RPA development.
Strong understanding of RPA principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, VB.NET) is a plus.
5 to 10 years of experience.
