Financial Planning and Analysis

This role focuses on providing financial insights and support to drive strategic decision-making within the organization. The Financial Planning and Analysis professional will be responsible for forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing financial performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
Analyze financial data and prepare reports to track performance against targets.
Provide insights and recommendations to management on financial matters.
Support the development of long-range financial plans.
Assist with the preparation of financial statements.

Requirements/Qualifications:

CA or CMA certification preferred.
Experience in financial planning and analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
Experience with financial modeling techniques.
