HR Recruiter (Non-IT)

This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates for non-IT positions within the automotive, oil & gas, and engineering sectors. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates.
Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements/Qualifications:

2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a non-IT setting.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Experience recruiting for the automotive, oil & gas, or engineering industries is a plus.
