Lead US IT Recruiter

This role is focused on identifying and securing top US-based IT talent to meet the growing needs of our client companies. The Lead US IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers. This position requires a strong understanding of the US IT job market and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Source qualified US-based IT professionals through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the minimum qualifications.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits.
Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

Requirements/Qualifications:

8-12 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on the US market.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing IT professionals.
Strong understanding of the US IT job market and compensation trends.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
