AVP US Real Estate Accounting

This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead accounting operations focused on US real estate assets. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of US GAAP, and experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of US real estate accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end close.
Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with US GAAP and relevant regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
Prepare and analyze financial reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

Requirements/Qualifications:

12 to 18 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on US real estate.
Strong understanding of US GAAP.
Proven leadership and management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in accounting software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
