Sous Chef - Bakery & Confectionery

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic culinary team within a hospitality setting. The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in overseeing all aspects of the bakery and confectionery operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a bakery or confectionery setting.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, pastry preparation, and confectionery arts.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
