Executive - NPD - Quality

This role focuses on ensuring the quality and efficient development of new products within a plastics manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of quality control processes and new product development methodologies, contributing to the creation of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the new product development process.
Implement and maintain quality control systems and procedures.
Conduct product testing and analysis to ensure compliance with standards.
Identify and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and sales.
Document and maintain accurate records of quality control activities.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in quality control and new product development.
Strong understanding of quality management systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
