Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the company's growth and strategic objectives. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles.
Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and experience.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure alignment.
Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1 to 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Proven ability to source and attract qualified candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
