Fund Accounting Manager

This role involves overseeing the fund accounting operations for a variety of investment structures. The Fund Accounting Manager will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, preparing financial statements, and managing the fund accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the fund accounting team.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of fund accounting transactions.
Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Reconcile fund balances and ensure accuracy of net asset values.
Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets.
Liaise with auditors and other stakeholders.
Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
6 to 9 years of experience in fund accounting.
Strong understanding of fund accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
