IT Recruiter

This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for our technology teams. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various IT roles.
Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
Manage candidate communication and provide regular updates.
Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages.
Ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as an IT Recruiter.
Strong understanding of the IT industry and technical roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
