Security Managed Services Engineer L3

This role focuses on providing expert-level support and management of security services for our clients. The Security Managed Services Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of critical security infrastructure, proactively identifying and resolving issues, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our security operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage security systems and tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve security incidents.
Implement and maintain security policies and procedures.
Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
Develop and maintain security documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security best practices are followed.
Participate in on-call rotations as needed.

Requirements/Qualifications:

5 to 8 years of experience in a security engineering or operations role.
Strong understanding of security principles and best practices.
Experience with security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
