Design Manager

This role is focused on leading and mentoring a team of designers to create innovative and user-centered design solutions. The Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire design process, from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
Oversee the design process, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Significant experience in design management, leading and mentoring design teams.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Experience working in an agile development environment.
