ServiceNow Developer

This role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and experience in customizing and extending its functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement ServiceNow applications and workflows.
Customize ServiceNow modules and forms.
Integrate ServiceNow with other systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues.
Participate in the design and testing of ServiceNow solutions.
Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow development best practices.
Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, GlideScript).
Knowledge of ITIL framework.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
