Forward Deployed Engineer

This role involves working directly with clients to implement and support critical engineering solutions. The Forward Deployed Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery and ongoing operation of our products within client environments, collaborating closely with both client teams and internal engineering resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and configure engineering solutions in client environments.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for client issues.
Collaborate with client teams to understand their needs and requirements.
Work closely with internal engineering teams to resolve complex issues and improve product functionality.
Document solutions and best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

5-12 years of experience in a related engineering role.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with relevant technologies and tools.
