Integration Project Manager

In this role you area subject matter expert in HL7, 837, and CCDA interfaces who will manage the delivery of interface projects aiming toobtain Claims, Scheduling, and Clinical data from a wide variety of vendors to enable our partner practices to use key functionality in Aledade’s population health platform. The Project Manager will engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of interfaces from planning and discovery, connectivity, data delivery, and bringing respective interfaces live.
