Closed-Ended Private Equity Transfer Agency

This role focuses on providing specialized transfer agency services within the private equity sector. The position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of financial instruments and regulatory compliance, ensuring accurate and efficient administration of fund structures.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage investor records and maintain data integrity.
Process investor transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers.
Prepare and distribute investor reports and documentation.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
Respond to investor inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Assist with audits and regulatory examinations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1 to 8 years of experience in financial services, preferably within transfer agency or fund administration.
Strong understanding of private equity fund structures and operations.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
