Junior Engineer - Electrical Maintenance (PLC)

This role involves providing essential support to electrical maintenance operations, focusing on Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and related systems. The Junior Engineer will work as part of a team to ensure the reliable and efficient operation of electrical equipment, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to preventative maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on electrical equipment, including PLCs.
Troubleshoot electrical and control system malfunctions.
Assist in the implementation of preventative maintenance schedules.
Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
Contribute to the identification and resolution of electrical safety hazards.
Document maintenance activities and repairs.
Assist senior engineers with complex troubleshooting and repairs.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Basic understanding of electrical systems and components.
Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) is highly desirable.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
2 to 7 years of experience.
