Tele Marketing Executive

This role is focused on engaging with potential customers and providing information about our services. The Tele Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and ultimately contributing to the company's sales goals through effective communication and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

Contacting potential customers via phone to generate leads.
Qualifying leads and assessing their needs.
Presenting information about our products and services.
Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
Maintaining accurate records of calls and interactions.
Meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong customer service orientation.
Proficiency in using phone systems and CRM software.
Ability to handle objections and close sales.
Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus.
