HR Executive and Recruiter

This role is focused on supporting the human resources function within a dynamic organization. The HR Executive and Recruiter will be responsible for a range of activities, from sourcing and screening candidates to assisting with employee onboarding and maintaining HR records. This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication and organizational skills, capable of contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
Support HR initiatives and programs, such as performance management and employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Requirements/Qualifications

3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources or Recruitment.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
