International Voice Process

Key Responsibilities:

Handling inbound customer inquiries via voice and other channels.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1 to 5 years of experience in a voice-based customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a night shift environment.
Proficiency in computer applications.
