Performance Analyst

This role focuses on analyzing data to improve operational efficiency and decision-making within a dynamic renewable energy environment. The Performance Analyst will be responsible for identifying trends, developing insights, and recommending actions to optimize performance across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and requirements.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering).
3 to 8 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience with renewable energy industry is a plus.
