Demand Controller

This role focuses on managing and forecasting demand for products, ensuring alignment between supply and customer needs. The Demand Controller will play a crucial role in optimizing inventory levels, minimizing stockouts, and contributing to overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain demand forecasts using statistical models and market intelligence.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to gather insights and refine forecasts.
Analyze historical data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify demand patterns.
Monitor forecast accuracy and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
Manage inventory levels and optimize supply chain processes.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on demand performance.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business Administration).
Experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
