D365 Functional Consultant

This role involves implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for clients. The Functional Consultant will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective system designs and configurations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to leverage Dynamics 365 to optimize operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements.
Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules.
Develop and execute test plans.
Provide user training and support.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
