Salesforce QA Lead

This role is focused on ensuring the quality of Salesforce implementations and customizations. The QA Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans to identify and resolve defects, ensuring a high-quality user experience and adherence to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications.
Identify, document, and track defects using a bug tracking system.
Collaborate with developers and business analysts to resolve issues and ensure quality.
Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains intact after changes.
Participate in requirements gathering and design reviews to ensure testability.
Automate testing processes where applicable.
Mentor and guide junior QA team members.

Requirements/Qualifications:

5-8 years of experience in software quality assurance.
Strong experience with Salesforce testing methodologies and best practices.
Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with automated testing tools is a plus.
