Production Engineer

This role focuses on ensuring the efficient and effective operation of production processes. The Production Engineer will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing workflows, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to production equipment and processes.
Implement and maintain preventative maintenance programs for production equipment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements/Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
2 to 5 years of experience in a production engineering role.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
