Risk Program Associate

This role supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of risk management programs within JP Morgan and Chase. The Risk Program Associate will work closely with stakeholders across various business lines to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, contributing to a robust risk mitigation framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of risk management programs and initiatives.
Monitor and assess risk exposures, identifying potential vulnerabilities and recommending corrective actions.
Support the preparation of risk reports and presentations for management.
Collaborate with business units to ensure risk awareness and compliance.
Maintain documentation related to risk management processes and controls.
Participate in risk assessments and testing activities.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Business Administration).
3 to 8 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related area.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
