Tamil Telecaller Executive

This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support through telephone communication. The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls and providing accurate information.
Making outbound calls to follow up on leads and generate new business.
Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed.
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
Providing support to the sales team.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer literacy.
