Service Coordinator

This role involves providing comprehensive support to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of wind energy assets. The Service Coordinator will act as a key liaison between customers, field service technicians, and internal departments, ensuring timely and effective resolution of service requests and maximizing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule service activities, including preventative maintenance and repairs.
Manage service requests, ensuring prompt response and resolution.
Liaise with field service technicians to ensure efficient execution of service tasks.
Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers and field teams.
Monitor service performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in a coordinating or support role, preferably within a technical field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
Understanding of service operations and maintenance processes.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
