Telecaller - Domestic BPO

This role involves providing excellent customer service and support through telephone communication. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. This position requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering inbound calls and providing assistance to customers.
Making outbound calls to follow up on leads and provide information.
Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Accurately documenting customer interactions and relevant information.
Meeting or exceeding performance goals and key metrics.

Requirements/Qualifications:

12th Pass qualification.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Marathi.
Ability to handle customer interactions with empathy and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
