Quality Supervisor - Collection Team

This role involves overseeing and ensuring the quality of operations within a collection team environment. The Quality Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and evaluate the performance of collection team members.
Identify and analyze quality issues and trends.
Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
Provide coaching and training to team members.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in quality assurance or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in a BPO or collection environment is a plus.
