Sr. Associate Agency Development Manager

This role is focused on supporting and developing a network of insurance agents, ensuring they are equipped to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for coaching and mentoring, and a deep understanding of the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting, training, and onboarding new insurance agents.
Providing ongoing coaching and mentoring to existing agents to improve performance.
Monitoring agent activities and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Identifying and resolving agent performance issues.
Developing and implementing strategies to increase agent productivity and sales.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with agents.
Analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2 to 7 years of experience in sales, insurance, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in coaching and mentoring others.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
