Java Full Stack Lead

This role is for a highly motivated and experienced Java Full Stack Lead to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of robust and scalable software solutions, ensuring high-quality code, and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and testing of full-stack applications.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of applications.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Java Full Stack Developer.
Strong proficiency in Java and related technologies.
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
