Identity and Access Management Engineer

This role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining robust identity and access management (IAM) solutions to ensure the security and integrity of organizational systems and data. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IAM principles, technologies, and best practices, and will be responsible for safeguarding sensitive information while enabling authorized access.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain IAM systems and processes.
Manage user identities and access rights across various platforms.
Develop and enforce security policies and procedures related to IAM.
Monitor IAM systems for security vulnerabilities and implement remediation measures.
Conduct regular security audits and assessments of IAM controls.
Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues.
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing infrastructure.
Stay up-to-date with the latest IAM trends and technologies.

Requirements/Qualifications:

6 to 8 years of experience in identity and access management.
Strong understanding of IAM principles, frameworks, and technologies.
Experience with identity management tools and platforms.
Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
