Director - Talent Acquisition

This role is responsible for leading and executing the talent acquisition strategy for the organization. The Director will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the offer process and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
Manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition processes and technologies.
Manage recruitment budgets effectively.
Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Significant experience (12-20 years) in talent acquisition, with a focus on leadership roles.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful recruitment strategies.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Deep understanding of recruitment best practices and technologies.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
