Joint Venture Analyst

This role involves supporting joint venture activities, providing analytical insights, and ensuring smooth operational collaboration. The Joint Venture Analyst will be a key contributor to the success of strategic partnerships, working closely with various stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support joint venture decisions.
Monitor and report on joint venture performance against agreed-upon metrics.
Assist in the development and implementation of joint venture agreements.
Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with joint venture operations.
Prepare presentations and reports for management and partners.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
Experience with joint ventures or partnerships is a plus.
