Non-IT Recruiter

This role focuses on identifying and attracting top talent for non-IT positions within a dynamic and growing organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong sourcing and communication skills, a keen understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for non-IT roles.
Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage candidate communication and feedback.
Ensure a positive candidate experience.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on non-IT roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Knowledge of recruitment best practices.
