International Sales Manager
Role Overview
Hindustan Power Products is seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Manager to lead and expand its global sales operations for servo voltage stabilizers and related power products. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in international business development, a deep understanding of power electronics markets, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth across global territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute international sales strategies to drive revenue growth for servo voltage stabilizers and power products across global markets
- Identify, onboard, and manage international distributors, dealers, and channel partners
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, OEMs, and industrial buyers across target geographies
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging markets for power products
- Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
- Coordinate with internal teams including production, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards to senior management
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients in alignment with company guidelines
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, documentation, and international trade requirements
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine sales strategies accordingly
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Demonstrated experience in international sales, preferably in power electronics, electrical equipment, or industrial products
- Strong knowledge of servo voltage stabilizers, UPS systems, or related power conditioning equipment is highly desirable
- Proven ability to develop and manage international channel partner networks
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Familiarity with export procedures, INCOTERMS, and international trade documentation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
