Territory Manager

This role involves managing and expanding Shaadi.com's presence within a designated territory. The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, building relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and executing territory-specific sales strategies.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
Achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
Providing excellent customer service and support.
Representing Shaadi.com at industry events and conferences.

Requirements/Qualifications:

5 to 9 years of experience in sales or business development.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in the matchmaking or online services industry is a plus.
