Site Supervisor

This role involves overseeing and coordinating construction activities at project sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing subcontractors, monitoring progress, and maintaining quality control.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
Manage and schedule subcontractors and vendors.
Monitor project progress and identify potential delays.
Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Resolve on-site issues and conflicts.

Requirements/Qualifications

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role.
Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
