Telesales Executive

This role involves engaging with potential customers, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Contacting potential customers through various channels (phone, email, etc.)
Presenting product/service information and addressing customer inquiries
Identifying and qualifying leads
Closing sales and achieving targets
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities
Providing excellent customer service

Requirements/Qualifications:

0-1 years of experience in sales or customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi
Basic computer literacy
