Telecaller

This role involves providing excellent customer service and support through telephone communication. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues effectively. This position requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering inbound calls and providing information to customers.
Making outbound calls to follow up with leads and prospects.
Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Providing product and service information to customers.
Processing orders and payments.
Escalating complex issues to appropriate personnel.

Requirements/Qualifications:

HSC or equivalent qualification.
Fresher candidates are welcome.
Excellent communication skills in Marathi.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer literacy.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
