Associate Bancassurance Manager

This role focuses on driving bancassurance sales through partnerships with banks, ensuring customer needs are met with appropriate insurance solutions. The Associate Bancassurance Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with bank staff, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell life insurance products through bank branches.
Build and maintain relationships with bank staff to ensure effective collaboration.
Identify and qualify potential customers within the bank's customer base.
Provide insurance advice and tailor solutions to meet individual customer needs.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
0-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance or banking.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
Knowledge of life insurance products is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
