IT Support Team Lead

This role involves leading and managing a team of IT support professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and providing excellent technical support to users. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily support activities, resolving complex technical issues, and implementing strategies to improve IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and mentor a team of IT support specialists.

Requirements/Qualifications

5 to 9 years of experience in IT support.
Proven experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
Strong technical skills in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks.
Solid understanding of IT security principles.
