Cluster Lead - Construction Management - Design Build

This role involves leading and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Cluster Lead will oversee all aspects of the construction process, from initial planning and design to final handover, collaborating closely with stakeholders and managing project teams to achieve successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and quality standards.
Manage and resolve project-related issues and conflicts effectively.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience (15-20 years) in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
Proficiency in project management software.
