Delivery Manager

This role focuses on leading and managing delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction. The Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, resources, and quality, while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing project delivery within defined scope, budget, and timeline.
Leading and mentoring a team of IT professionals.
Monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks and issues.
Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
Ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
Managing resource allocation and utilization.
Implementing and improving delivery processes.

Requirements/Qualifications:

7 to 10 years of experience in IT project delivery.
Proven experience in managing teams and projects.
Strong understanding of IT service management principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies.
