Production Executive

This role involves overseeing and managing production processes within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The Production Executive will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing production schedules to meet demand.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and scheduling production runs.
Supervising production staff and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Monitoring production processes and identifying areas for improvement.
Troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality control procedures.
Managing inventory levels and minimizing waste.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in production management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making.
Experience with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is a plus.
