International Business Development Manager

This role is focused on driving international growth and expansion for a dynamic organization. The International Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with international partners, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the company's global operations.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate new international market opportunities.
Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the company's global presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners, distributors, and clients.
Negotiate and finalize international business agreements.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product/service adaptation and launch in new markets.
Manage international projects and ensure timely completion.
Represent the company at international trade shows and conferences.

Requirements/Qualifications

Significant experience (10-14 years) in international business development or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully expanding business into new international markets.
Strong understanding of international business practices and regulations.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with international partners.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
