Relationship Manager - Gold Loan

This role focuses on building and maintaining strong customer relationships while driving growth in gold loan offerings. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring new customers, processing loan applications, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new customers through various channels.
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate gold loan products.
Process loan applications accurately and efficiently.

Requirements/Qualifications

3 to 6 years of experience in sales, banking, or financial services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in computer applications.
Experience in gold loan or lending is a plus.
